This inclusive and sensory-informed music therapy class is designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other cognitive variations.

 

This PCMC class offers a supportive space where students can explore music as a tool for emotional expression, communication, self-regulation, and social connection.

Through improvisation, rhythm games, instrument play, movement, and guided listening, students are encouraged to engage at their own pace in ways that feel safe and meaningful to them.

 

The class emphasizes strengths-based approaches, honoring each person's unique way of experiencing and interacting with the world.  No prior musical experience is required—just a willingness to explore, connect, and make music together.
